Pure Filter Canada Returns & Exchanges
We extend a 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products.
In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, insurance and a 20 % restocking fee for the item(s).
Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchasers expense, Pure Filter Canada will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased via Interac E-Transfer.
We will refund 80% of your original purchase price minus the original shipping charges.
** Shipping cost for the returns will be payed by the customer.
If you would like to exchange a product, please let us know.
** Exchange cost for the exchange will be payed by the customer. New shipment cost will also be payed by the customer.
A Canada Post carrier will attempt delivery at the address provided. If you are unavailable for delivery, Canada Post carriers will leave a Delivery Notice Card on your door or mailbox advising you of the attempted delivery, and that the package is now available at your local Canada Postal office/outlet for pick up. This notice will include a phone number and postal address to contact for more information and pick up. Canada Post will send via your order email address Ship/Exception/Delivery tracking notifications. Your package will be available for pick up for 10-15 calendar days as per Canada Post policy, after which it will be returned to Pure Filter Canada. In this case, Canada Post charges return shipping cost. The customer is responsible for all such shipping charges. The customer is also responsible for re-stocking fee of 20% for all item(s) returned undelivered.
